If you are interested in a flat fee interior design package and completion of one room from start to finish, then this is the package for you- and it’s a STEAL! Our flat fee for a complete design package includes an initial design consultation and field survey at your home, studio time for planning, sketching, sourcing and development of a design plan, presentation of the design packet, purchasing of the furnishings, and final designer installation. Sherri would love to decorate your model homes and model apartments. After a free consultation, a package price will be provided. Call for details.


Sherri can be hired simply by the hour. Need a little design crash course? During a one or two hour design consultation we can answer ALL of your specific design questions to help you to avoid costly decorating mistakes. A one-time consultation in the comfort of your own home is perfect for the DIY homeowner. Sherri will provide lots of tips, tricks and inspiration to help you take charge of your dream makeover. We select from dozens of samples and swatches, coordinate paint colors or or wall papers, rearrange furniture and accessories, decide upon window treatment styles, and provide a list of additional recommended changes, furnishings and accessories. We can help you to decide upon a design style for your room and select specific paint colors that coordinates beautifully with your chosen fabrics and accessories. We will leave you with specific suggestions and a list of resources to help make your room more beautiful and functional.


Did you know that 50% of paint sales are due to people selecting the WRONG paint colors for their homes and needing to repaint? The average cost to paint your home is $2,500 so keep in mind, color selection mistakes can be very costly.  Don’t waste your money picking the wrong colors.

Sherri Blum is your paint color expert. With over 20 years of experience, I know how color and light play together. I look for coordinating colors beyond a simple blue or red and instead pay very close attention to the undertones of each and how they work for or against one another. I love selecting paint colors and can be hired to help with paint selection for one room or your entire home.

Paint color consultation and wall finish ideas for any one room by color expert Sherri Blum is only $70. If seeking paint color help for more than one room, we can be hired by the hour at $90/hour. Several rooms can be addressed within a single hour.

STAGING– Several packages available.

Staging Occupied Homes
Occupied Home Staging
Package 1, Consultation:

Sherri will go through your entire home room-by-room and provide a detailed list of changes including rearrangement of furniture suggestions, paint color suggestions, deletions, additions and other thoughts on how to best prepare your home to be attractive to a variety of potential buyers. She will spend two hours in home and provide notes. Price: $175. Detailed notes will be emailed to you within 24 hours of consultation. Homeowner is responsible for follow through. (Realtors, contact us for special pricing.)

Package 2, Basic Staging: 

After the Consultation package, Sherri can be hired to complete the staging process. (This excludes painting walls, flooring or electrical suggestions and rearrangement of larger furniture pieces. Homeowner is responsible for ensuring any of these projects are completed prior to staging if so desired. Anything suggested to be removed or packed and stored during the Consultation phase should be removed prior to the Basic Staging phase.) Sherri will complete the staging process for you. This includes moving of light furniture, hang artwork, rearrange accessories, and prepare the home’s furnishings to attract potential buyers. We will spend up to two hours. If your project is estimated to take longer, a price will be negotiated after the Consultation is completed and before beginning the Basic Staging phase. No surprises.  (Basic housekeeping and cleaning is the responsibility of the homeowner.)  Price: $250.  If additional shopping is suggested and homeowner wishes for Sherri to shop for finishing touches, this can be arranged for a negotiated flat rate.

Photo Preparation Staging:

Sherri and her assistant can prepare your property for real estate photos and open houses. You receive a 2 hour staging session for the foyer, kitchen, dining, living, family room and master bedroom suite. Prior to the session, Sherri will send the homeowner a pre-staging checklist to complete. Once the checklist is completed, Sherri and her assistant will roll up their sleeves and dig in. We will arrange the homeowner’s existing furniture and accessories to ensure the home presents its best face forward for potential buyers. We will move furniture (within reason- some larger/heavier items might need to be moved by professional movers), accessorize, hang pictures, and leave a list of final suggestions for last minute additions or cleaning, organizing and so forth. We recommend this package be completed several days prior to the scheduled photography or open house to allow you time to complete Sherri’s final checklist. Price: $295.

Staging Vacant Homes
Vacant Home Staging

No surprises or hidden fees. Prices below are per space or room and includes ONE MONTH rental, installation and removal. After the first month, rental fee will be billed at 20% of the first month’s rent until termination of the Staging Agreement. Contact Sherri for a free site evaluation and consultation. Sherri is a professional designer with 22 years nationwide interior design experience. She will choose furnishings and accessories that compliment the home, as well as appeal to the lifestyle of the buyer who will most likely be interested in the property.

Living Room: $650

Sofa, 1-2 club chairs, toss pillows, coffee table, 2 side tables, 2 lamps, 1-3 pieces of artwork, table top accessories, mantle accessories if applicable, area rug if appropriate, greenery.

Dining Room: $500

Dining table and chairs, centerpiece, table runner, area rug, artwork, and or mirror, 4 place settings. (If a sideboard is recommended, add $150. This will include some accessories for the sideboard.)

Master Bedroom: $650

Queen size bed and mattress, one nightstand, 2 lamps, 1-2 dressers, quilt or comforter, variety of pillows on bed, artwork and or mirror, tabletop accessories. (If hardwood floors, add area rug for $50.)

Child’s Bedroom: $500

Twin size bed and mattress, quilt or comforter and pillows, one dresser, one nightstand, 1-2 lamps, artwork and or mirror, tabletop accessories. (If a second twin bed is recommended, add $200. This includes second set of matching/coordinating bedding.)

Bathroom: $80

Shower curtains if applicable, bathroom rug, towels, artwork and or mirror, accessories.

Kitchen Countertop Accessories: $80

May include utencil caddy, greenery, props such as bread, fruit, wine bottles, etc…, as appropriate. Accessories as appropriate to feel lived in and to add color and warmth.

Kitchen Table: $400

Includes table and 2-4 chairs, centerpiece, table runner, 4 place settings.

Entry: $350

Includes table, artwork and or mirror, lamp, accessories and area rug.

Curtains and Rods: $110/Window

Appropriately sized curtain panels and rods can be added to any room package. Curtain rods will remain in the home for buyer.

Light Curb Appeal: $70

Includes seasonal door wreath and hanger, welcome mat and potted plant.

*All prices include one month of furniture and accessory rental, installation and delivery and pick up of furniture. Beyond 1 month, additional months will be billed at 20% on a monthly basis.(Room by room prices above are for a 1 month period. Monthly rental after the first month, will be billed at 20% of the prices listed per room above.)


A one hour in-home consultation for $90 will be required. During this time, Sherri will make suggestions for event or holiday decor for the interior of your home. Homeowner can take notes and complete the project afterwards, or Sherri can be hired to source items and install for a negotiated flat fee.

Purchase our EXPERT ADVICE package and have the opportunity to ask THREE QUESTIONS of a renowned interior designer. For only $60, you can pose three questions (include photos, swatches or anything you wish to help!) and Sherri Blum will answer your questions with great detail via email to help you pull together the room of your dreams! Please allow up to 3 business days for our response for your expert advice and ideas.


Our signature package is for parents who don’t want to know the gender of their baby, but want a gender specific nursery. We design 2 complete nurseries with you and obtain the baby’s gender from your doctor. We then install the gender appropriate nursery behind locked doors, keeping every detail a secret until you have a Gender Reveal Party or bring baby home from the hospital! This is a flat fee package. Call to discuss details and receive pricing.


Simply want an hour to pick the brain of a designer? Sherri can be hired to do a phone or Facetime or Skype consultation. Show Sherri your room and design dilemma via camera or iPhone and she will share design ideas and advise you on how to redesign your room from her studio with one-on-one advice for one hour.
